  • PHASE 01: Discovery — Understand before building
    1 to 2 weeks : Before writing a single line of code, we take the time to understand your business, constraints, and real objectives. This is not a formality — it determines whether the project will succeed or not. :
    • 30-minute discovery call: free, no commitment
    • Scoping workshop: needs analysis, functional architecture, MVP definition
    • Specification document: complete and legally binding scope
    • Phased commercial proposal with clear payment milestones
  • PHASE 02: Architecture — Design for the long term
    1 week : A product built without architecture is technical debt paid late. We design each system so it can evolve without being rebuilt from scratch. :
    • Technology stack selection justified by your specific context
    • Database and API architecture design
    • UX wireframes to validate user flows before development
    • Definition of interfaces between components
  • PHASE 03: Build — Deliver in phases, not in one shot
    Variable depending on the project : Development is organized in two-week sprints with regular demos. You see progress in real time and validate before we move forward. :
    • Agile sprints with demos and feedback at each iteration
    • Continuous testing — each feature is tested before delivery
    • Any scope change requires a signed amendment before development
    • Written report within 24 hours after each call or key decision
  • PHASE 04: Expand — We stay
    Ongoing : A successful product evolves. Our contracts are designed for that. Each Phase 1 is built to support Phase 2, and beyond. :
    • Post-delivery support included in every contract
    • Contract add-ons for each new feature extension
    • Monthly maintenance plans available
    • Long-term roadmap planning for future phases
