Learning English remains a critical gateway for Algerian students and professionals seeking new academic and career opportunities. Until recently, though, no local platform was built specifically around that need. MrBahmed set out to close that gap, with TiniTec as the technical partner behind the build.
The starting challenge was clear: build an e-learning platform capable of managing progressive learning paths, per-learner progress tracking, and an interface designed for daily use on both desktop and mobile.
Our team built MrBahmed around three pillars: an intuitive student interface, an instructor dashboard to track each learner's progress, and a backend architecture built to scale as the course catalog grows. Every technical decision accounted for the realities of the Algerian market: variable internet connections, mobile-first usage, and the need for something learners could pick up quickly.
This project reflects a conviction we hold at TiniTec: the best digital products aren't Western tools loosely adapted to a local market — they're built from the ground up around the actual needs of their users.
